The pain you feel today will be the strength you feel tomorrow. This holds very true with fitness training. Sometimes after pushing yourself through a hard workout you wake up the next morning sore. Strive to be sore. Sore is great. Sore means that you did it. You got your workout in. You did something for yourself. You pushed your muscles a little farther. You body is changing from the work that you just did. Congrats! 🙂
21 days until Mexico! Workout is done for the day. I’m gonna kick it up a notch. More intensity and less rest days! I’m not seeing quite the results I was hoping for at this point. So I need to push myself a little bit harder. Think bikinis!! 🌞🍹😎
