The pain you feel today will be the strength you feel tomorrow. This holds very true with fitness training. Sometimes after pushing yourself through a hard workout you wake up the next morning sore. Strive to be sore. Sore is great. Sore means that you did it. You got your workout in. You did something for yourself. You pushed your muscles a little farther. You body is changing from the work that you just did. Congrats! 🙂
Everyone has those where they just can’t. Can’t seem to find to motivation, energy, or will power to get their workout in. It’s tough some days!! When you have days like that, just remember why you started. Why is workout out important to you? What do you hope to gain from it? It does make a difference. Don’t forget why you started!
